I used this towing company about 2 years ago when I was visiting Oregon for my first time before I moved to Portland. I drove from Colorado and went to see the ocean for my first time. On my way back to Portland my car broke down just outside of Salem. Thankfully, Jason saved us and if Jason still works here, please tell him a thank you a million times. We were abandoned by the previous truck. It was Mikes Auto Repair. We called, waited 2-3 hours and he never showed. With the sun setting, we tried another company and within 10 minutes, Jason showed up. He greeted us with the friendliest smile and we were reignited with hope of our vacation not being ruined. He told us some crazy trucking stories, some pros and cons about Salem vs Portland, and was one of our first interactions with someone in this new state and city. He helped me get my car to a shop and dropped us off at a motel 6 for the night. He turned a super negative experience into a fun one and I will forever be grateful for his service that night.

06/02/20 We called Wilste towing to have a strangers van towed from in front of our house, they needed a tow and we could help. It was a stroke of luck and wonderful goodness that Exusdus got sent our way.

We were having a tough day with work, having had a ton to do, the police having visited earlier because the owners of the van had left it for a week and no one on our street understand or knew why it was there. We got a chance to connect with the owners of it and realize it had broken down.

The owners had to leave to get the paperwork to have a tow and were to meet back at 3. The owners never showed but the entire time we waited, Exusdus was extremely professional, caring and turned our day around. His jovial nature and prompt manner gave us not only a moment to just breathe but absolutely turned our day around.

I am glad Exusdus was sent our way. Though the van is still here as we wait for the owners to coordinate another tow time, Exusdus made the entire experience much better.

Last night my parents called you for a tow because their car wouldn't start after their doctor's appointment. Your truck showed up and the driver was Exusdus and he was very nice and pleasant. He helped my parents get their car started and showed my mom what happened and was very helpful and patient with her. Thank you.

I would like to give a thumbs up for Don, he did an amazing job today for me, in a very busy area, with huge traffic flow was able to hook up and pull axels on my Peterbilt and get me safely to the repair shop, this guy is hardcore professional, I feared for his safety the whole time he was doing his job, Thank you Wiltse's, good job.

On Thursday, May 25th, 2017, I met with Alex and Jeff to have my 59 Chevrolet Viking towed from West of Dallas Oregon to my home in Northeast Salem. They showed up at the site on time, knew exactly what they needed to do and had a genuine interest in what I was doing. They disconnected the driveline which was not an easy task after sitting for many years. I've never had a tow operator ask if they could stop and take pictures of the job before we left with the truck. These guys are pros who made it look easy and had fun while doing the job. I called other tow companies before talking to Wiltse's and most of them either couldn't or were priced way out of my budget for the job. I would be pleased to recommend Wiltse's to my friends and family and will give them a call for all my old cars. Thanks for a job well done.

I needed a tow last night.  One of your drivers picked me and my van up.  I live on the same street that my van broke down on and the driver needed to pass right by my house.  When he dropped me off, it was dark, and I noted that he waited until I had unlocked my door before he started to drive away.  That made me feel safe and protected.  I am sorry I don't remember his name, but I wanted to let you know how awesome your employee is.

I just wanted to compliment your company on outstanding customer service today from one of your employees. We had a young man named Troy who was sent to help us get our car towed home off of I-5. What an excellent representation of your company. He was kind, polite, quick and arrive much sooner than we were anticipating. His high standard continued after he got the car to our house and finished the process. It's a frustrating process when you car breaks down and then the cost to have it towed, Troy made this process so much more tolerable. Kudos to your company and your 5 star employee!
