Towing Specialist Joe definitely came with his cape on tonight! After a long day of having our school student transport van at the mechanic, we went to start it only to discover it would not start this evening. Called Wiltse's for tow on my BMW that was completely dead and stuck in park and parked in kind of a tight area. I thought they were gonna have to drag it on to the flatbed but the driver Josh not only got the truck into position in a tight spot no problem, he knew how to release the shifter and get it into neutral with out being able to turn the car on. I was impressed! And he was really a pretty friendly guy. I've used Wiltse's in the past and I'll use them again I'm sure!

Pre- employment drug screening and ongoing random drug testing is company policy and is strictly adhered to. All drivers are provided company uniforms that are required to be worn daily.

We have an extensive in-house training program that each driver is required to complete. Wiltse’s employees also perform monthly drill sessions, practicing rollover techniques, and towing scenarios as part of their continuing education.

Our professional office staff is highly trained in computer dispatching and record keeping ensuring the accuracy of all records. Wiltse’s personnel are selected and trained to make certain all customers are treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We take great pride in knowing that no matter the circumstances under which our customer has come to do business with us, they are left with the feeling they have received prompt and courteous service.

Wiltse’s after hours dispatch service is performed by our staff which enables us to provide the same high quality of service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All employees attend weekly safety meetings to be updated on the latest techniques, procedures and professionalism.
